Oteturile Bio Retter sunt fermentate natural si maturate 1 an pentru a oferi o experienta culinara exceptionala. Sunt tinute in recipiente mici de sticla minim 1 an inainte de imbutelierea pentru vanzare.

Otetul de mere Bio are un gust dulce-acrisor, cu o nota de caramel, cu o aciditate de 5%.

Pe fundul sticlei pot fi sedimente, dar acestea sunt normale, din pulpa fructului, fiind un produs artizanal cu o minima procesare.
